We operate an ethical and responsible business with highly motivated staff and instructors, all of whom share our ethos and commitment to customer care. Our success is underpinned by our structured procedures as one of the few driving schools nationally to be certified to ISO 9001 Quality Assurance standard.

We were also one of the first establishments to be entered on to the DSA Official Register of Driving Instructor Trainers (ORDIT), the maintenance of which requires biannual reassessment. Some of the largest Instructor Training establishments in this country are unable or unwilling to present themselves for this assessment and there are calls to make ORDIT registration compulsory for those involved in the training of tomorrow's driving instructors.

All our instructors subscribe to the DSA Code of Conduct and we are long-standing members of the Motor Schools' Association and the Driving Instructors' Association as well as the Federation of Small Businesses. Although these are trade bodies they each have a minimum expectation of quality service and offer a complaints process in the event that you are dissatisfied in any way with the service provided by any of their members.
